8th Grade East Coast Expedition
The East Coast Expedition is a wonderful opportunity for students to visit some of the most historical places in our beautiful country. The trip begins in Boston, visiting the battle sites of Lexington and Concord, we then travel down to New York City, where we visit Ellis Island and see a Broadway Play. Our next stop is Philadelphia followed by the Gettysburg, Pa. battle site and Amish country.  We then travel to West Virginia to raft the Shenandoah River.  Finally, we travel to Washington, D.C. to visit our nation's capital city. This is a great educational, hands on experience!

So, how do you get to go on this incredible Expedition?

Our first East Coast Expedition meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 7, at 6pm in the Correia auditorium.  The next MANDATORY meeting is in April. Continue to keep your grades up! Academic GPA (2.5, B-) and Citizenship (3.1, B+) must be maintained throughout the entire school year.
